What we do not collect
Council does not request or store broker passwords, trading credentials, customer account balances, payment card data, or custody assets in this product. Do not send financial credentials through forms or support channels.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authenticated access, protect the service, maintain audit records, respond to support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. It is not sold as a customer list.
Retention and sharing
Retention periods, processors, jurisdictional rights, and contact channels must be finalized before launch. Information may be processed by vetted service providers only as needed to operate the service and subject to appropriate safeguards.
Your choices
Before public launch, this notice will identify the controller, a contact method, applicable privacy rights, and a process for access, correction, deletion, and opt-out requests where required by law.
